He recently obtained a jury award of more than $1 million in a case
involving the wrongful termination of an employee by a mortgage
banking firm. Mark also represented a property owner whose land
was improperly liened by an adjoining property owner. Mark sued
the adjoining property owner, cleared title to the client’s
property and obtained $260,000.00 in damages.
Mark Represented a borrower whose mortgage company failed to properly process her mortgage application and then lied about it. The client sued for breach of contract and consumer fraud. After a four-day trial, the jury awarded the client $16,000 in compensatory damages and $203,000 in punitive damages.
